Returns — extended 14-day policy
We operate under the Russian Federation Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" (Art. 26.1, 22) and the Sales Rules approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2463 of 31.12.2020. Below is our extended returns policy, which is more generous than the minimum requirements of the law.
In short: you have 14 days to return an item after receiving it. Within the Russian Federation we offer free returns (we cover return shipping). We refund your money no later than 10 days from the day we receive your written request.
Time limits and buyer's rights
Before the item is handed over you may cancel your order at any time — we will refund the full amount paid.
After receiving the item you may return it within 14 calendar days (the store's extended policy; the law requires no less than 7 days).
Conditions for returning an item of satisfactory quality
The item's presentation, consumer properties, factory tags/seals and completeness are preserved.
The absence of a sales receipt does not deprive you of the right to a return — other proof of purchase from us will suffice (for example, a bank statement or an electronic receipt).
The exception is items with individually defined properties (made-to-order/personalised), where such an item can be used solely by the purchaser.
Underwear items (including bodysuits) purchased remotely are eligible for return under the general procedure provided hygiene requirements are met: unworn, with no signs of use/try-on, with the hygiene liner/seals and packaging preserved.
Who pays for shipping on a return
Russian Federation — free: we cover return shipping (we issue a prepaid CDEK/Russian Post label or reimburse your costs against a receipt).
Other countries: when returning an item of satisfactory quality, return shipping is paid by the buyer. If the item is defective or the contents do not match the order, we cover return shipping (or reimburse the actual costs).
Refund amount and timing
We refund the full amount paid under the contract, including the original delivery to you, less only the cost of return shipping from the consumer (where this falls to the buyer).
We refund the money no later than 10 days from the day we receive your written return request. The time it takes to credit the funds depends on the bank/payment system.
The refund method is to the card used for payment, or to the bank account you specify (per the details in your application). Cash refunds are not made.
How to arrange a return

Fill in the return form (download: return form). Sending the form by e-mail counts as a written return request.
Prepare the parcel. Place the return form and the item in sturdy packaging. For the Russian Federation we will send a prepaid label (or reimburse your costs against a receipt).

Returning a defective item or one with an order error
If you received a defective item or the wrong item/size, we: cover return shipping and, at your choice, issue a refund, remedy the defect or exchange the item. Please attach photo/video evidence of the defect to speed up the inspection.
