PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data carried out by the individual entrepreneur Radchenko Yakov Yakovlevich (INN 490912773510, OGRNIP 316774600440101, hereinafter the “Operator”) when using the website https://iwantconcept.store (hereinafter the “Website”), as well as when placing orders and using the built-in support chat.
1. General provisions
1.1. The Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, and applies to all personal data that the Operator receives from Website users, customers, order recipients, and persons who make contact through the built-in support chat.
1.2. The Operator independently determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.3. Using the Website, placing an order, or sending an enquiry through the Website forms or the built-in support chat constitutes the User’s acknowledgement of this Policy.
2. Categories of personal data subjects
The Operator processes the personal data of the following categories of subjects:
Website users;
customers placing an order on the Website;
order recipients;
persons who make contact through the feedback forms or the built-in support chat;
persons who have consented to receive advertising and marketing messages, if such mailings are used by the Operator;
persons who have consented to the use of metrics programmes and analytics tools, where such consent is required.
3. What personal data is processed
3.1. The Operator may process the following personal data:
surname, first name, patronymic;
telephone number;
email address;
delivery address;
information about the order, its contents, size, cost, payment method, and delivery method;
comment on the order or enquiry;
the text of messages sent through the built-in support chat;
the name, telephone, and/or email provided by the user in the built-in support chat;
the conversation identifier, chat visitor token, the URL of the page from which the chat was opened, referrer, as well as other service data necessary to deliver messages and protect the chat from abuse;
IP address, cookies, data about the browser, device, operating system, user-agent, technical logs, and information about actions on the Website;
UTM tags, data from metrics programmes, and analytics identifiers when used in accordance with the Website settings and applicable legislation.
3.2. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data, unless otherwise expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:
registering and processing orders, concluding and performing a retail purchase and sale contract by distance means;
communicating with the user and customer regarding the order, payment, delivery, returns, claims, and other enquiries;
handling enquiries through the built-in support chat, retaining the correspondence history, and providing the user with a response;
providing service information and notifications related to the order or enquiry;
complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and with accounting, tax, and cash-register record-keeping;
ensuring the operability of the Website, information security, and the prevention of abuse and fraud;
improving the operation of the Website and analysing traffic and user behaviour using metrics programmes and analytics tools;
sending advertising and marketing messages only where there is separate consent from the personal data subject, if such mailings are used by the Operator.
5. Legal grounds for personal data processing
The Operator processes personal data on the following legal grounds:
the necessity of processing for the conclusion and performance of a contract with the personal data subject;
the necessity of fulfilling obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
the personal data subject’s contact with the Operator through the feedback forms and the built-in support chat;
the consent of the personal data subject — in cases where such consent is required under the legislation, including for advertising mailings and certain analytics tools.
6. Methods of and actions with personal data
6.1. Personal data is processed using automation tools and without the use of such tools, as well as by a mixed method.
6.2. The Operator is entitled to carry out the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
7. To whom and in which cases personal data may be transferred
7.1. Personal data may be transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, including to:
the inSales platform (Insales Rus LLC) as the technology platform of the online store;
payment services and banks — for accepting and processing payment;
delivery services — for fulfilling the delivery of the order;
operators of email, SMS, and other messages — for sending service notifications and, where consent has been given, advertising messages;
counterparties and contractors providing technical support for the Website, hosting, analytics, Website protection, and other related functions, where their involvement is necessary for the operation of the Website and the fulfilment of the Operator’s obligations;
state authorities and other persons — in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The IWANT storefront and main store run on the inSales platform. According to publicly available information, inSales indicates the following data-centre infrastructure for hosting data:
Selectel JSC, Moscow, Berzarina St., 36 bldg. 3;
Cloud Technologies LLC, Moscow, Altufyevskoe Highway, 33g.
7.3. The built-in support chat is a separate self-hosted module of the Operator, located on the Operator’s Russian server and using a separate local PostgreSQL database to store correspondence, contacts, and chat service data.
7.4. The Operator does not use an external messenger as the primary channel for handling customer enquiries through the built-in support chat.
8. Location of databases and localisation
8.1. The main online-store data is processed and stored on the inSales platform within the infrastructure indicated by inSales in its publicly available information on data hosting.
8.2. The data of the built-in support chat is processed and stored on a separate Russian server of the Operator in a local PostgreSQL database.
8.3. The Operator takes measures to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the localisation of the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation.
9. Personal data retention periods
9.1. Personal data is stored for no longer than required by the purposes of processing, unless another period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. In particular:
order data and related data are stored for the period necessary for the performance of the contract, returns, claims handling, and accounting, tax, and cash-register record-keeping;
the correspondence and contacts of the built-in support chat are stored for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, and, if the enquiry relates to an order, return, or claim — for the retention period of the materials for the corresponding order;
technical logs, anti-spam data, and service data may be stored for the period necessary to ensure the security and stability of the services;
cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and analytics identifiers are stored for periods determined by their functional purpose, the Website settings, and the User’s browser.
10. Cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and metrics programmes
10.1. The Website may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and similar technologies for:
the operation of the Website interface;
placing an order;
saving the user’s choices;
maintaining the operation of the built-in support chat;
analysing traffic and improving the operation of the Website.
10.2. The built-in support chat may use a visitor token, stored in the browser’s local storage, in order to preserve the current conversation when the page is visited again.
10.3. The Website may use metrics programmes, including Yandex Metrica. If their use requires separate consent, such tools are enabled after it has been obtained.
11. Rights of the personal data subject
The personal data subject has the right to:
obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
demand the clarification, blocking, or deletion of their personal data if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in cases where the processing is based on consent;
appeal against the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or through the courts;
exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

13. Protection of personal data
13.1. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, and other unlawful actions.
13.2. Such measures include, in particular, access segregation, the use of authentication tools, logging of actions, backup, protection of data transmission channels, restriction of access to the infrastructure, and other security measures.
14. Changes to the Policy
14.1. The Operator is entitled to make changes to this Policy. A new revision takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website, unless the new revision provides otherwise.
