PUBLIC OFFER

This document constitutes a public offer by the sole proprietor Радченко Яков Яковлевич (INN 490912773510, OGRNIP 316774600440101, hereinafter the "Seller") to enter into a retail purchase and sale agreement for goods by distance selling through the IWANT Concept Store online shop, located at https://iwantconcept.store (hereinafter the "Site"), in accordance with Articles 435, 437, 438, 494 and 497 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Offer sets out the terms for the sale of goods through the Site and applies to all goods presented on the Site.
1.2. Placing an order on the Site constitutes the Buyer's acceptance of this Offer.
1.3. Before placing an order, the Buyer must review this Offer, the Terms of Use, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and the information about the goods, payment methods, delivery and returns published on the Site.
1.4. The Seller is entitled to amend the Offer without prior notice. The new version of the Offer applies to orders placed after its publication on the Site.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver to the Buyer the goods presented on the Site, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods on the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The name of the goods, the assortment, price, size, quantity, available delivery methods and other material parameters of the order are determined on the basis of the information specified on the Site and in the order placed by the Buyer.
2.3. The order is placed by the Buyer through the catalogue, the basket and the checkout page on the Site.
2.4. The built-in support chat on the Site is used as an additional communication channel and does not replace placing an order through the Site interface.
3. Information about the goods
3.1. The Seller publishes on the Site information about the goods, including the name, price, available sizes, principal consumer properties and other material characteristics of the goods.
3.2. Images of the goods on the Site are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the goods.
3.3. The price of the goods is stated in Russian roubles.
3.4. The cost of delivery, if it is not included in the price of the goods, is communicated to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.
4. Placing an order
4.1. To place an order, the Buyer provides the information required to perform the agreement, including surname, first name, patronymic, telephone number, email address, delivery address and other information required by the order form.
4.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
4.3. After an order has been placed, the Seller is entitled to contact the Buyer to confirm the details of the order, payment, delivery, availability of the goods, returns or other material terms of performance of the agreement.
4.4. Service messages relating to the order may be sent to the contacts specified by the Buyer without separate consent to advertising, as they are necessary for the performance of the agreement.
5. Payment for the goods
5.1. Payment for the goods is made by the methods specified on the Site at the time the order is placed.
5.2. Before the order is confirmed, the Buyer is provided with information about the price of the goods, the cost of delivery and the total amount payable.
5.3. The Buyer's payment obligation is deemed fulfilled from the moment the funds are received in the manner established by the applicable rules of the payment service and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. Delivery of the goods
6.1. The goods are delivered by the methods and within the time frames specified on the Site or agreed with the Buyer after the order has been placed.
6.2. The risk of accidental loss of or accidental damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer or to the recipient designated by the Buyer, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.3. On receipt of the goods, the Buyer is advised to check the appearance, completeness and conformity of the goods with the order within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature of the goods and the delivery method.
7. Return of goods and refunds
7.1. The return of goods is carried out in the manner and on the terms established by the consumer protection legislation of the Russian Federation and the returns information published on the Site.
7.2. The Buyer is entitled to refuse the goods at any time before they are handed over and, after the goods have been handed over, within 7 days, unless otherwise established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. The return of goods of proper quality is possible provided that the marketable appearance, consumer properties, labels and other conditions provided for by law are preserved.
7.4. Funds are refunded within the period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as a rule no later than 10 days from the date the relevant request is submitted, subject to compliance with the return conditions.

8. Personal data
8.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Site.
8.2. Personal data is used to the extent necessary for placing, paying for, delivering and returning the goods, handling claims, responding to enquiries and complying with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.3. Advertising messages are sent only with the Buyer's separate consent, where such a channel is used by the Seller.
8.4. The built-in support chat may be used for the Buyer's additional enquiries relating to the order, the goods, delivery, returns and other matters, but does not replace placing an order through the Site.
9. Liability of the parties
9.1. The parties bear liability in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. The Seller bears no liability for non-performance or improper performance of obligations where this is caused by the Buyer providing inaccurate information, by the actions of third parties, by force majeure or by other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
9.3. The Seller bears no liability for the actions of delivery services, payment services and other third parties engaged for the performance of the agreement, to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1. The parties shall endeavour to resolve all disputes and disagreements through negotiation.
10.2. Claims should be sent to info@iwantconcept.store.
10.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is subject to resolution in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
