Online payment on the website
Payment is made by bank card through the secure payment page of an authorised bank. The currency is Russian roubles (conversion may apply according to your bank's rules).

Payment via the SBP system
Once you have chosen your item, go to the basket, enter your contact details and delivery method, then click “Place order” — you will be taken to the payment page.

If the online payment fails
Check the card's expiry date and that you have sufficient funds.
There may be a daily transaction limit — check with your bank.
Your bank may have blocked the transaction on suspicion of risk — contact your bank.
Payment on delivery
By cash or bank card to the courier or at the pick-up point — available within Russia.
Transfer to a bank account
The transfer is credited on the next working day. The delivery time is calculated from the moment the funds are received.
